Deleteif you will look back at pic 38, when Steve and Tina first arrived back at their house, you will see that it says, "a few minutes later at Steve and Tina's house". Vicky is probably still in bed with Ulysses finishing their re connection which her spanking started. besides, after 2 spankings and then making love, Vicky is likely to be too worn out to even think about Tina getting a spanking. also, since neither Ulysses or Vicky are aware they were being watched, they wouldn't know that Tina is getting a spanking of her own.
i think most girls are right there with you on your feelings about being spanked in front of anyone and i think most men would probably not even try it because the girl he was intending to spank would probably fight like a wildcat to avoid it and it would be embarrassing for him if he can't control her.............LOL. i also think that the fact that public spankings almost never take place is one reason both men and women fantasize about what it would be like.
