Although I'm all in favour of Frances and other naughty girls getting bare-bottom spankings, I also pity them a bit - and to me they should be allowed to beg for their panties, to try to avoid the spanking by turning and all that - and also to the spanking dance and rub all they want after the spanking. I actually think that a naughty girl begging for her panties or pleading not to be spanked adds to the effectiveness of the spanking for both spanker and spankee......same with a little dancing and rubbing afterward. The more active the spankee is during the spanking, the more emotional release she gets and the more effective the spanking is for her. It's also more satisfying for the spanker. Of course, the aftercare is highly important too. Like I said, I think your analysis is right on the money.
